Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Execute the sales process for our Post Trade Services business. Plan and manage client outreach strategies (both traditional and digital). Identify new opportunities through proactive outreach. Guide clients through the sales funnel effectively. Maintain and update the CRM database throughout the sales process. Keep an up-to-date client profile map and sales funnel documentation. Client Relationship Management. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with new clients. Collaborate closely with the existing CRM framework to enhance and develop it. Leverage current engagements by developing a comprehensive understanding of client strategies and organizational structures. Required Experience:Proven experience with financial institutions, especially in the realm of Post Trade services. Track record in selling resource augmentation solutions. Deep knowledge of the sales lifecycle, including RFPs, contracts, proposals, and pricing strategies. Demonstrated success in managing new business and cultivating existing opportunities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Commercially driven with a history of achieving results. Required Skills:A strong desire to develop a people-oriented, dynamic business. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
