Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Director, you will:

  • Oversee and implement the company's new business growth strategy.

  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing.

  • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Executives.

  • Create a structured, repeatable sales process with a strong emphasis on CRM utilization.

  • Win and maintain strategic, high-value contracts on both regional and national levels.

  • Collaborate closely with Operations to guarantee smooth mobilization and sustained client satisfaction.

  • Identify new markets, sectors, partnerships, and revenue streams.

  • Represent the business at client meetings, presentations, tenders, and industry events.

  • Drive pricing strategies, enhance proposal quality, and lead commercial negotiations.

What We Seek

We are looking for a confident commercial leader with the following qualifications:

  • A demonstrated track record as a Sales Director, Head of Sales, or Senior Business Development Manager in B2B services.

  • Extensive experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management, soft services, security, waste management, or related fields.

  • Proven success in securing large contracts and framework agreements.

  • Exceptional skills in leading tenders and bids (PQQ, ITT, presentations).

  • Strong commercial insight and negotiation capabilities.

  • Ability to build teams, establish standards, and achieve results through others.

  • High energy, resilience, and a professional demeanor in client interactions.
