Distro seeks a Sales Development Representative with direct experience in the PEO industry. This position centers on engaging senior decision-makers, turning market knowledge into qualified sales leads, and building a reliable sales pipeline through outbound prospecting.
What you will do
- Initiate and manage outbound outreach to potential clients in the PEO sector
- Engage with C-level executives and other high-level stakeholders
- Qualify leads based on strategic criteria and business needs
- Translate market analysis into actionable sales opportunities
- Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and pipeline progress
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in the PEO industry
- Strong commercial focus with an eye for identifying business opportunities
- Comfortable communicating with C-level executives
- Solid grasp of co-employment concepts
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
Location and schedule
- This is an on-site role based in Mexico City
- Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Candidates must be based in Argentina
