About The Role: 

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in driving new business prospects through proactive outreach and lead identification in your designated territory. Leveraging a variety of tools, you will pinpoint potential clients, provide essential product insights, and assist in facilitating commercial success. Collaboration with your team will be key as you engage in vital sales initiatives and maintain accurate records within our CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact through calls and emails to uncover new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
  • Utilize both internal resources and external tools to generate leads and identify unexplored markets.
  • Support qualified leads with follow-ups, detailed product information, and quotations.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs for new business opportunities, tracked through Salesforce reports.
  • Engage in call-out days, events, and customer interactions alongside sales colleagues.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of lead information and activities in the CRM.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new sales associates.
