The Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in expanding our sales pipeline, fostering relationships with potential clients, and facilitating our revenue acceleration. Your role will involve identifying and qualifying new leads, engaging with Dash0 users, and implementing targeted outreach initiatives to spark interest. Close collaboration with Account Executives and the Marketing team will be essential to reach the right audience.

What You’ll Do
Qualify and nurture inbound leads from various channels, including events and campaigns.
Identify and prospect target accounts through strategic outbound outreach.
Conduct research to map key accounts, pinpointing decision-makers and understanding their needs.
Implement multi-channel outreach strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) to build a robust pipeline.
Work collaboratively with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities effectively.
Ensure accurate and current information is maintained within our CRM system.
Serve as the initial point of contact for potential customers, embodying Dash0's mission and values.
Continuously refine outreach sequences and messaging to enhance engagement.
Stay informed about Dash0’s product roadmap and the competitive landscape.
Engage in feedback loops with Marketing and Product teams to relay customer insights.
Who You Are
You are an enthusiastic, inquisitive, and proactive sales professional who thrives on building connections and solving client challenges.
You possess:
1-2 years of sales development experience (preferably in B2B SaaS), ideally within the observability or related technology sectors, with a solid understanding of the tool landscape and confidence in engaging technical buyers.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
A growth mindset and eagerness to learn about technical products.
