As a Sales Development Representative based in São Paulo, this role centers on supporting Neo4j’s growth throughout the LATAM region. The position plays a key part in expanding the sales development program and contributes to projects that drive its progress. Main responsibilities Engage, educate, and qualify both inbound and outbound leads to generate new sales opportunities. Collaborate with two Account Executives to identify and develop opportunities within their assigned accounts and territories. Initiate conversations with potential customers at Fortune 1000 companies, understand their challenges, and suggest Neo4j solutions that address their needs. Connect with prospects using email, phone, web conferencing, webinars, training sessions, and live events. Dedicate time to learning about Neo4j’s technology and industry trends to strengthen sales capabilities.
