Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Schedule: US Central Time hours, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $1,000 USD + commission
Location: LATAM Remote
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to bolster our initial sales initiatives through effective outbound lead generation and facilitating meetings for our sales team.
This position emphasizes augmenting the number of qualified conversations independently, without necessitating leadership involvement in the early outreach phases.
The perfect candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and adept at engaging prospects to discern their needs and enhance our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification
- Develop and nurture outbound leads
- Assess customer needs, fit, and readiness
- Maintain precise lead status and documentation in the CRM
- Focus on high-quality opportunities
Outbound & Follow-Up
- Execute outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels
- Consistently follow up with warm leads
- Re-engage inactive prospects
- Maintain a steady volume of outreach
Meeting Coordination
- Arrange qualified meetings for the sales team
- Ensure seamless transitions to closing team members
- Provide context and notes for every scheduled meeting
- Monitor the conversion rate from lead to meeting
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Ensure clean and organized CRM data
- Track outreach and engagement metrics
- Assist in pipeline reporting and updates
- Guarantee consistent follow-up workflows
