What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead inbound sales leads and expand Alex’s customer base through impactful relationships. You will serve as the face of our sales team and play a crucial role in driving revenue growth. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Generation, Qualification, and Booking Demos: Proactively cultivate a sales pipeline through high-quality outbound prospecting across various channels, including phone, email, video, social media, and events. You will research target accounts, engage senior stakeholders with tailored messaging, and consistently schedule qualified demos that enhance revenue growth.

  • Outbound Strategy & Execution: Take ownership of the outbound process from end to end, encompassing account research and segmentation while executing personalized, multi-channel campaigns. Collaborate closely with Account Executives on account strategies and pipeline creation, including multi-threaded outreach and active support during prospect trials.

  • Inbound Qualification: Assess inbound leads from marketing campaigns through discovery calls to evaluate fit, urgency, and purchase readiness, converting high-intent interest into qualified opportunities.

  • Performance Tracking & Pipeline Ownership: Surpass pipeline-generation targets by monitoring performance metrics, participating in pipeline and forecast reviews, and continually refining outreach based on data and market feedback.

  • Data Management & Tooling: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Unify, Trellus, and similar platforms to manage prospecting, follow-ups, and reporting.
