About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative Manager to lead and expand our founding SDR team at LangChain.
The SDR team plays an essential role in facilitating the adoption of LangChain and LangSmith among companies. They engage with technical decision-makers, convert significant inbound interest into qualified leads, and collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to build a robust pipeline.
In this role, you will be responsible for the performance, coaching, and development of the SDR team while designing the systems, processes, and workflows that drive our go-to-market strategy. You will work in partnership with sales, marketing, and RevOps to continuously enhance our methods for identifying and engaging target accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of SDRs focused on generating qualified sales pipeline.
- Oversee SDR performance metrics, including activity levels, conversion rates, pipeline generation, and overall attainment.
- Recruit top-tier SDR talent and expand the team as LangChain grows.
- Foster SDR talent through coaching, call reviews, and structured feedback.
- Create effective outbound and inbound qualification playbooks.
- Collaborate with marketing to transform inbound demand into qualified opportunities.
- Align with sales leadership and RevOps on target accounts, territories, and pipeline objectives.
- Implement systems and workflows that enhance SDR productivity and effectiveness.
- Utilize data to continuously refine performance by analyzing conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
