As the Sales Development Representative Manager, you will spearhead the development and guidance of our SDR team, who are pivotal to our outbound sales strategy. Your role will involve coaching, inspiring, and expanding a high-achieving team tasked with prospecting, booking meetings, and nurturing leads, ensuring our value proposition stands out in the dynamic AI industry.
Your Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of SDRs by providing structured coaching and accountability
Initiate outbound efforts by pinpointing and engaging potential prospects
Supervise the implementation of tailored prospecting campaigns to secure meetings
Manage extensive outreach processes while maintaining high-quality follow-up
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to enhance targeting and messaging strategies
Develop and implement best practices, playbooks, and performance metrics to elevate team efficacy
Your Profile
A demonstrated leader with experience in managing or mentoring outbound sales or business development teams
Intelligent, tenacious, and self-driven with a proven track record in cold outreach
Highly trainable and enthusiastic about coaching others, promoting a culture of ongoing learning
Capable of handling high-volume interactions and resilient against rejection
Meticulous in personalizing outreach to ensure every prospect feels uniquely appreciated
Work Environment
This is an on-site position located in our Union Square office in NYC, tailored for innovators who excel in a fast-paced, iterative environment with a focus on substantial impact.
For this position, the anticipated base salary is between $140,000 and $170,000, excluding commission. Profound offers a competitive total compensation package including base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The final compensation will be determined based on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location during the interview process.
