Sales Development Representative (Remote)

We are actively seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team immediately!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Initiate contact with potential and existing customers through diverse channels to cultivate a robust lead pipeline.
2. Foster relationships with prospective clients to assess the alignment of our products and services with their needs.
3. Coordinate sales demonstrations and meetings.
4. Establish and maintain a CRM or contact database.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize lead generation strategies with the overarching sales plan.
6. Set ambitious sales objectives to enhance revenue and monitor the performance metrics of the sales team.
7. Design, distribute, and analyze customer surveys, compiling results into reports.
8. Execute general administrative tasks as needed.
9. Address customer inquiries and concerns as the initial point of contact.
10. Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, demonstrating a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while effectively managing client relationships.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in phone, email, and instant messaging communication methods.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• Tech-savvy, with familiarity in tools such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM systems, and VoIP.
• Experience with word-processing and spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Office).
• Knowledge of online scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented.
Technical Requirements:
