About the RoleAs a Sales Development Representative for the LATAM region, you will engage with potential customers to generate leads for our Account Executives targeting both small businesses and large enterprises. Equipped with state-of-the-art sales automation tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you will refine your prospecting skills and develop a top-tier sales methodology that advances your career aspirations. Your ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads in the LATAM region by responding to inquiries about Udemy Business and facilitating impactful conversations via phone, email, LinkedIn, gifts, text, and video. Utilize sought-after sales tools to enhance productivity, monitor key performance indicators, and optimize processes (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong).

Work Environment

Udemy operates globally, with headquarters in San Francisco and additional offices in Denver and Austin, along with international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Türkiye. This role requires in-office presence three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday), with flexible arrangements on Mondays and Fridays.
