Sales Development Intern

Location: Sandy, UT (Hybrid work schedule - 2 days per week in the office; 3 days per week at home)

The NICE CX Sales Development Intern plays a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities. You will utilize and refine your professional sales skills to analyze prospective clients' company structure, industry positioning, and other relevant data, which will be inputted into our database. This vital information will facilitate the sales team in establishing fruitful connections.


As a Sales Development Intern, a Typical Day Might Include:

  • Generating new business leads through follow-up and prospecting in your designated territory.
  • Making calls from provided customer lists while optimizing inbound opportunities.
  • Participating in various lead generation campaigns defined by management.
  • Logging leads and sales interactions efficiently in NICE CX contact management software.
  • Meeting or exceeding Lead Development quotas set by management.
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of current and future NICE CX products and services.
  • Collaborating with the assigned territory sales team as needed.
  • Attending necessary meetings and training sessions.
