The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact in the sales process, playing a vital role in driving new business. At memoryBlue, you will open doors by researching, connecting, and initiating conversations that lead to valuable opportunities for our clients.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct research and create targeted lists of prospects who are likely to benefit from a client’s technology products or services.
- Engage with these prospects through tailored outreach strategies to identify sales opportunities.
- Qualify and direct interested prospects to the next stage by scheduling meetings with the client’s Account Executive.
- Continuously enhance your sales development skills while exploring exciting career paths in high-tech sales.
Training:
Every new Sales Development Representative at memoryBlue begins their journey with a paid entry into our Prospecting Principles training, equipping you with the essential tools, skills, and strategies for long-term success.
- Kick off with a 4-day Bootcamp led by expert facilitators, where you will dive into practical learning and real-time role plays to master core prospecting fundamentals, receiving a comprehensive Prospecting playbook and call templates.
- Following Bootcamp, you will dedicate the next twelve weeks to applying these learnings in Foundations sessions, including coaching, call breakdowns, weekly goal tracking, and peer feedback.
Along the way, you will have the opportunity to earn your Certified Sales Development Rep credential, validating your proficiency in cold outreach, list building, email and voicemail strategies, objection handling, and more.
