About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative at Glean, you will collaborate closely with our Account Executives to identify and engage new prospects that align with Glean's offerings. Your objective will be to generate qualified sales opportunities that will drive the company's revenue growth. We provide the necessary tools, training, mentorship, and leadership to effectively engage prospective clients, understand their unique challenges, and illustrate how Glean can address their needs. Your Responsibilities:
- Develop new business pipeline primarily through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and source new pipeline, assisting by researching lines of business and potential customers.
- Identify key decision-makers within large enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Engage prospective customers through various channels, including outbound cold calling and emailing, to penetrate new markets.
