About the Team

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on the Greater China (GCN) team at Stripe, you will collaborate with some of the region's most prominent and innovative companies across diverse sectors. You will fuel Stripe's growth engine by closely partnering with the Demand Generation and Account Executive teams to qualify leads and cultivate a robust sales pipeline. You excel in engaging prospects, uncovering their needs, and identifying high-value opportunities. With a knack for navigating early-stage sales conversations, you are energized by learning about new products and articulating their value in complex scenarios.

You also take pleasure in building—whether it's refining demand generation and sales processes, enhancing our communication of Stripe’s value, or developing tools and resources to scale our efforts. If you are driven, inquisitive, tenacious, and a collaborative team player, we would love to connect with you.

Initially, you will be part of the SD Associate program designed to expedite your onboarding and ramp up to full productivity as an SDR. This intensive program aims to help you swiftly acquire and develop the necessary skills for success in this role. After completion, your journey will continue as part of Stripe’s Sales Development Academy, a program supported by sales leaders as a vital investment in our people.
