Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a vital role in our Central European commercial team. Collaborating with Technical Sales Managers (TSM) and Account Executives (AE), you will help execute our sales strategy across academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical sectors. Your responsibilities will include sending personalized outreach emails, conducting discovery calls, and delivering engaging presentations. You will strive to identify customer needs, promote our products, and set appointments for your TSMs and AEs. Performance targets will be based on calls made, meetings set, and deals generated, with no commission cap for those who exceed their goals.

We prioritize career development and offer a clear path for advancement. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical skills, a passion for sales, excellent customer relationship management capabilities, and a drive for achieving results. Familiarity with Parse’s products and the single-cell market will be essential for your success. This is a remote position with minimal travel requirements.

In This Position, You Will:

  • Achieve sales objectives across Central Europe by developing new business opportunities and generating leads for our single-cell RNA sequencing products.
  • Collaborate with your team to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize various communication channels to maximize outreach and engagement.
