Position Overview:

Reporting directly to our Co-Founder and CEO, we are searching for driven and enthusiastic individuals with a robust work ethic, exceptional interpersonal skills, and innate sales abilities to fill the role of Sales Development Representative. The ideal candidate will be motivated to grow within our organization by consistently demonstrating their tenacity and initiative. As an SDR, you will be instrumental in elevating Two Dots' visibility and supporting our Sales team by generating leads and facilitating successful sales conversions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage in outbound activities, including cold calling, to identify, educate, and cultivate potential accounts.

  • Drive the conversion of leads into scheduled meetings, while following up on incoming leads through email, LinkedIn, and phone communication.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and refine effective strategies.

Desired Qualities:

  • If you’re a recent graduate, you should be passionate and ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic startup environment.

  • If you have 1-2 years of experience, you should be a seasoned BDR/SDR looking to elevate your career in a high-growth company.

  • Resilient in the face of rejection; you must be prepared for numerous “No’s”.

  • A personable and skilled communicator; you should be willing to go above and beyond to understand your customers' needs and advocate for the Two Dots platform.
