What You'll Need:1-3 years of experience in sales or a similar client support role. Strong ability to multitask and manage various priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with a strong capability for accurate work with minimal supervision. This position is remote for applicants located in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region. And Ideally:Proficient in using Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Your Role:
The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in supporting our remote sales team, responsible for generating new business through both inbound and outbound phone engagement.

Your Opportunity:

  • Conduct outbound calls to create new sales opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries to convert them into new sales opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and demonstrations for Sales Territory Managers after qualifying leads.
  • Promote Tenable events and webinars within the region.
  • Research target accounts to effectively execute outbound calling campaigns.
  • Manage and update the company’s contact and account databases relevant to your region.
  • Make over 50 calls daily to engage with potential sales prospects.
  • Achieve a minimum of 7 new meetings/demos each week.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
  • Hybrid/onsite work based in Columbia, MD.
