Position Overview: We are on the lookout for motivated and proactive Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will actively generate leads, conduct cold outreach, and schedule qualified meetings with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients through cold calls and emails.
- Ensure a minimum of 5 qualified meetings are scheduled each week.
- Professionally represent Tavrn at industry conferences (10–25% travel required).
- Maintain meticulous records of interactions using our CRM system.
- Work closely with our sales team to facilitate smooth lead transitions.
Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in technology sales or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous and complex situations with an optimistic, can-do attitude.
- Willingness and capability to travel regularly to industry events.
- Comfortable with cold calling and persistent outreach efforts.
