Your Role at Sweep:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales momentum. Your primary focus will be to cultivate a robust sales pipeline by scheduling meetings with qualified leads, demonstrating the exceptional value of our product to prospective users, and leveraging intent signals to execute focused outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Pipeline Growth: Actively seek and create new business opportunities through both inbound and outbound prospecting. Utilize methods such as email outreach, cold calling, and social media engagement to reach potential SaaS customers.
- Engage and Qualify Prospects: Foster relationships with leads and assess their needs, effectively communicating how our SaaS solution can address their challenges, ultimately arranging qualified meetings for the Account Executives.
- Collaborate and Learn: Partner closely with our sales and marketing teams to share insights, refine outreach approaches, and enhance lead generation strategies while benefiting from mentorship that will accelerate your growth in SaaS sales.
- Nurture Relationships: Build lasting relationships with prospects by maintaining communication, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring they recognize the value of our solution throughout their buying journey.
