As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in our expansion strategy, spearheading outbound prospecting efforts, securing high-caliber meetings, and influencing Profound's engagement with prospective clients. You will collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to execute carefully crafted and impactful outbound campaigns, shaping the initial interactions companies have with us in an ever-evolving AI landscape. This role transcends the traditional SDR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead outbound strategies by identifying and connecting with high-potential prospects within targeted industries.
Implement personalized and structured outreach campaigns to cultivate qualified meetings and build a robust sales pipeline.
Oversee high-volume outreach initiatives with precision, ensuring quality, consistent messaging, and timely follow-ups.
Work in tandem with Sales and Marketing teams to refine targeting strategies, messaging, and market entry experiments.
Contribute to the development of outbound playbooks and prospecting strategies as the team grows.

Work Environment
This position is on-site at our Union Square office in New York City, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on innovation and impactful results.
The expected base salary for this role is $80,000, with a potential total compensation of $115,000 based on performance. Profound offers a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, equity options, and a comprehensive range of benefits.
