About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our pioneering team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding companies towards adopting LangChain by converting high inbound interest and strategically targeted outbound efforts into qualified sales opportunities while delivering exceptional first-touch interactions for prospects.
Working closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams, you will utilize LangChain and LangGraph-powered agents to automate processes such as list building, enrichment, and outreach, allowing you to concentrate on impactful prospecting and engaging discussions with teams interested in agentic AI.
What sets this role apart: You will drive pipeline and revenue while gaining insights into leveraging AI, automation, and LangChain to evolve into a next-generation go-to-market (GTM) operator.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify fit, needs, and potential value.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities and ensure a seamless buyer journey.
Gather and communicate insights from conversations to inform our sales strategies, product development, and agent enhancements.
Explore new channels, messaging, and automation tactics to continually improve conversion rates and efficiency.
Leverage LangChain-powered agents to test, learn, and optimize prospecting techniques.
Success Factors:
1–2 years of experience in a Sales, SDR, or BDR role within SaaS or technology sectors (or a strong desire to learn if you are early in your career).
Excellent communication skills with a confident demeanor.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for technology.
