Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative at Krew, you will play a pivotal role at the nexus of AI, finance, and market strategy. We are seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for technical sales, who excel in collaborative environments and are eager to innovate rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and establish connections with prospective partners in the financial sector, including banks, lenders, and fintech firms.

  • Create tailored business cases and ROI calculations that address the unique needs of each prospect's portfolio and operational workflows.

  • Engage with senior decision-makers (SVP+ and executive stakeholders) to facilitate product adoption, pilot expansions, and build long-term partnerships.

  • Conduct high-quality outreach via email, phone, and video, taking ownership of the sales funnel from initial contact to qualified opportunity.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Krew’s AI agents, credit servicing workflows, and integration requirements to engage in informed technical discussions.

  • Maintain precise pipeline data and insights within CRM tools, contributing to sales forecasting and go-to-market strategies.

  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and positioning strategies.
