As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Hook, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, setting the stage for all subsequent interactions. Your Responsibilities:
Lead Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send emails, and utilize LinkedIn to initiate conversations with ideal prospects.
Understand Buyer Motivation: Engage with prospects through thoughtful questions to uncover their objectives, challenges, and priorities.
Qualify Leads and Schedule Meetings: Prepare high-quality opportunities for our Account Executives.
Monitor and Enhance Performance: Achieve targets, experiment with tactics, and assist in defining what excellence looks like.
Voice of the Customer: Relay insights to marketing, product, and leadership teams to maintain our customer-centric approach.
