About the Role
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Development Representative to join our Employer SDR team. This position is ideal for individuals who demonstrate focus, consistency, and accountability. As the initial contact for potential employer partners, you will be key in cultivating a qualified pipeline while maintaining excellent standards in every interaction.
You will thrive in our fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where results are paramount. Successful candidates will balance the volume of outreach with quality engagement, rapidly learn from feedback, and hold themselves to high standards.
