Job Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and various business networks across Asia.
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple online channels and professional directories.
- Initiate outreach via email, messaging platforms, and phone calls to introduce our company and engage prospects.
- Coordinate and schedule online meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Maintain precise CRM records, documenting communication history and lead details.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
- Monitor performance metrics and propose enhancements to boost conversion rates.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or as a Sales Development Representative.
- Experience in a B2B setting is preferred.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken); familiarity with Chinese or other Asian languages is advantageous.
- Experience with CRM tools and online communication platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal and outreach communication skills.
- A goal-oriented, organized, and detail-focused individual capable of working independently.
- Receptive to feedback and committed to professional growth in sales or business development.
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
