You will play a crucial role in broadening our presence in the Asian market by engaging with potential business partners and clients.

  • Proficient in lead generation and prospecting, especially within B2B environments.
  • Outstanding research skills with the ability to gather information using tools like Google, LinkedIn, WeChat, and Redbook.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in data management.

  • Fluency in Chinese or other Asian languages is a distinct advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and various business networks across Asia.
  • Generate and qualify leads through multiple online channels and professional directories.
  • Initiate outreach via email, messaging platforms, and phone calls to introduce our company and engage prospects.
  • Coordinate and schedule online meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Maintain precise CRM records, documenting communication history and lead details.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
  • Monitor performance metrics and propose enhancements to boost conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or as a Sales Development Representative.
  • Experience in a B2B setting is preferred.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken); familiarity with Chinese or other Asian languages is advantageous.
  • Experience with CRM tools and online communication platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and outreach communication skills.
  • A goal-oriented, organized, and detail-focused individual capable of working independently.
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to professional growth in sales or business development.

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
    • Backup connection must support work during power outages.
