Key Responsibilities:Articulate the value of ConductorOne’s solutions to technical stakeholders. Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Lusha, and LinkedIn Navigator to discover high-potential prospects who can benefit from our offerings. Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Outside Sales teams to refine, test, and iterate messaging tailored to various industries and personas. Identify and prioritize lead sources and prospecting strategies for optimal efficiency. Ideal Candidate Profile:Prior experience as an outbound SDR in a technology-focused environment, particularly with Security and IT leaders. Proven track record as a top performer in previous roles. Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects or deals simultaneously. Experience engaging with developers, decision makers, and C-level executives. Comfortable with outbound communication via phone. A proactive approach to process improvement and adaptability to change. Preferred Qualifications:A strong interest in or experience with cybersecurity solutions.
