Your Role as a Sales Development Representative
As an SDR, you will play a vital role in engaging with prospects and identifying new opportunities within our target accounts. Your contributions will be essential in driving Cognition’s revenue growth and overall success.
You will collaborate closely with the go-to-market team to expedite the sales process and help establish one of the fastest-growing AI startups in the industry.
Ideal candidates should possess a solid understanding of our technologies (Windsurf & Devin), relevant sales experience, and demonstrate the resilience and determination necessary to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research, prospect, and engage high-level potential clients within your assigned Account Executive’s list.
Master the navigation of complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors and champions.
Understand and uncover the business goals of your customers, effectively engaging with key stakeholders through proactive outreach.
Facilitate cross-functional partnerships to generate new business opportunities and advance them effectively.
Meet and exceed monthly meeting and opportunity targets through diverse outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, calls).
Provide valuable feedback and insights to other corporate functions in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
We seek high-performing individuals with exceptional adaptability, who will thrive in the dynamic environment of an early-stage company.
1+ years of relevant experience in sales or a related field.
