BeyondTrust is hiring a Sales Development Representative based in Singapore (hybrid). This role supports the growth of our cybersecurity SaaS portfolio by building early-stage relationships with potential clients and qualifying leads for our sales team.
Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative plays a key part in connecting with new prospects, nurturing leads, and ensuring qualified opportunities reach our sales representatives. The position involves a mix of outreach, relationship-building, and close collaboration with both sales and marketing teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects and gradually turn initial inquiries into active leads.
- Spot and evaluate new business opportunities for BeyondTrust.
- Pass qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
- Keep prospect data up to date in Salesforce.
- Build product knowledge through regular training sessions.
- Join field sales meetings when needed.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional projects to help drive revenue.
Requirements
- Business-level fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Clear and effective communication skills with both colleagues and clients.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with sales team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
- Attentive listening skills to understand prospect needs.
- Comfort with phone outreach, prospecting, sales, and customer service.
- Professional experience in a business setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Understanding of software and cybersecurity topics.
- Background in cold calling.
