Key Responsibilities:Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other communication channels to secure meetings and opportunities. Identify, invite, and qualify relevant prospects for client-hosted industry events and tech meetups to enhance audience engagement. Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' needs, pain points, and growth plans, ensuring alignment with avomind's services and ideal client profile. Pre-qualify meetings and opportunities for our Business Development teams to pursue and close. Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and activities in our CRM system (Salesforce), including data cleanup, reporting, and analysis. Consistently meet or surpass KPIs, including qualified meetings booked and outbound activity targets. What You Bring:A minimum of 2 years of B2B experience in a Sales Development Representative, business development, or sales-oriented position. Experience in creating innovative outbound lead generation campaigns. Proven ability in cold calling and email outreach strategies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and effectively engage with c-suite executives.
