Role Overview: Sales Development Representative
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will join the Bengaluru team to help drive new business. This role focuses on identifying and connecting with HR professionals to generate qualified leads for apna's sales pipeline.
What You Will Do
- Identify potential HR contacts and organizations that could benefit from apna's solutions
- Engage with HR professionals to understand their needs and introduce apna's offerings
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities for the sales team
- Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies and improve results
What We Look For
- 0-4 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to engage and convert HR professionals in previous positions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivation to work in a growing company focused on impact
