About the Role:

We are establishing the Sales Development Representative (SDR) function from the ground up. This role goes beyond merely managing leads; it involves designing the entire system and creating a remarkable first impression with prospects who are unfamiliar with us. You will enhance the effectiveness of our Account Executives (AEs) by leveraging innovative tools, including AI.

You will report directly to our Head of Sales and operate at the intersection of marketing and sales. Your responsibilities will include qualification, discovery, and ensuring that every opportunity reaching an AE is worthwhile. The individual who builds this framework will also conduct the initial conversations. Your key task will be to unlock the right General Partners (GPs), identify those shaping the future of private markets, and convert interest into a robust pipeline. We prioritize results over activity. This role comprises prospecting, systems development, and serving as a brand ambassador. There is no existing playbook; you will create it.
