The Role
As a pivotal APAC Sales Development Representative at Alchemy, you will play a crucial role in advancing the blockchain industry by assisting developers and companies in expediting their product development on our robust infrastructure. You will be at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing companies in blockchain, responsible for the initial stages of the sales process, which entails prospecting and engaging with leading teams in the sector. Moreover, you will be part of the inaugural team in our first office within the APAC region, enjoying a unique chance to significantly influence market share in one of our largest untapped markets.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with internal business and technology teams to achieve optimal outcomes for our customers.
- Engage new leads through various communication platforms, including innovative channels like Telegram and X, to generate excitement for introductory calls.
- Educate cryptocurrency companies on blockchain nodes and assist them with troubleshooting their infrastructure challenges.
- Identify, reach out, and qualify potential customers and partners through inbound and outbound sales initiatives.
- Refine existing processes to adapt to our business's evolving requirements.
- Manage and report on CRM activities, ensuring all relevant metrics are accurately recorded.
- Act as a primary point of contact and relationship manager for our customers.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to our product and engineering teams to enhance our offerings.
