Your Role
As the Sales Development Manager, you will lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing Sales Development team responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline creation. The ideal candidate will be data-oriented and focused on enhancing both individual and team performance. Success in this role hinges on exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, cross-departmental collaboration, and a commitment to innovation and experimentation. You will work closely with Sales leadership, marketing, and executives to evolve this critical business function.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to meet monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Effectively recruit, onboard, and ramp new SDRs to ensure early success in their roles.
- Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and professional development while maintaining an inclusive and engaged team environment.
- Report on individual and team performance metrics to senior leadership, identifying strengths and areas for growth.
- Maintain activity targets and provide regular reporting for various stakeholders, ensuring adherence to strategic goals.
