You will oversee project responsibilities across multi-disciplinary teams, tackling challenging projects that present unique opportunities in design and project management.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, scheduling, development, coordination, direction, and management of both large and small-scale design and master planning projects, each with intricate features.Work on solid waste-related site development projects, including landfills, transfer stations, and convenience sites, which encompass master planning, design drawings, stormwater management, erosion control systems, technical specifications, and cost estimates.Prepare various reports and studies, ensuring the acquisition of necessary permits for projects.Develop and assess plans and criteria for diverse projects while coordinating activities among in-house engineers, designers, geologists, and external consultants.Mentor and guide junior staff across our Mid-Atlantic offices.Travel to various client facilities and other offices to gain insights into site conditions, design considerations, and to oversee construction progress.
