WELCOME TO THE HIFI NEW GRAD PROGRAM

As part of our structured New Grad Program, this role is a 3-month contract designed to provide early-career professionals with substantial ownership, mentorship, and a pathway to full-time employment. You will engage in meaningful work from day one, collaborating with a senior colleague who will guide your development, with the potential for a full-time position upon successful completion of the program.

We are seeking individuals who are curious, proactive, and eager to elevate our standards through their contributions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and qualify new prospects within key sectors including fintech, payments, Web3, and enterprise through strategic outreach initiatives.

  • Engage potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and phone, ensuring personalized communication tailored to each account.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives during discovery calls, product demonstrations, and proposal development to advance sales opportunities.

  • Ensure meticulous CRM management and accurate sales pipeline reporting; remember, if it's not documented, it doesn't exist.

  • Provide valuable market insights and customer feedback to the go-to-market and product teams to refine our strategies.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, Psychology, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent experience.

  • A strong desire to build a long-term career in sales, beyond seeking a first job.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you can convey your points effectively without unnecessary elaboration.

  • Demonstrates resilience and a competitive spirit; you can handle setbacks while maintaining your drive and focus.
