Main Responsibilities
Customer Experience and Brand Representation
- Represent the Sur La Table brand by creating memorable, educational moments that encourage customer loyalty and repeat visits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products through ongoing training and resource engagement.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that fit, supporting a customer-focused, Guest Obsessed environment.
Sales and Business Performance
- Identify customer needs to maximize sales opportunities and offer relevant solutions.
