- Consistently review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to optimize time management and strategic planning.
- Comprehend automotive terminology and keep updated on technological advancements in the industry.
- Understand equity, values, and depreciation concepts to effectively communicate with customers.
- Be knowledgeable of federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales.
- Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight the quality and efficiency of maintenance and repair services available.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, promptly reporting any incidents to a manager or supervisor.
