Responsibilities:Assist customers with consultations for EV chargers, solar panels, heat pumps, and various energy solutions. Organize and follow up on customer appointments to ensure effective communication and precise record-keeping. Collaborate with operations and technical teams to keep customers informed during the installation process. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to enhance products and services. Contribute to expanding Fuse’s market presence across the UK by identifying new sales opportunities. Develop product knowledge and adhere to company sales processes while working towards a more senior sales role. Requirements:Previous sales experience, preferably with private customers. Strong and confident communication skills, enabling trust-building and effective response to customer inquiries. Proficiency in managing customer relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.

As a Sales Associate at Fuse, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the clean energy transition, engaging directly with households and businesses to promote smarter, greener energy solutions, including EV chargers, solar panels, smart meters, and heat pumps. You will be the primary contact for our customers, ensuring they receive expert guidance through consultations, coordinating installations, and providing a seamless experience from start to finish.

You will enhance your sales and customer relationship skills while gaining in-depth knowledge of the renewable energy sector.
