Key Responsibilities:Oversee the complete prospecting lifecycle, including sourcing companies and contacts, enriching data, and verifying leads. Leverage tools such as Bright Data, Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn for lead identification and enrichment. Create and maintain prospect wish lists when initial sources are inadequate, and perform manual searches for contact validation. Conduct thorough research using Google, company websites, and LinkedIn to uncover key contacts within target accounts. Organize lead data meticulously, ensuring accuracy for outbound campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead handoff, coordinate appointment bookings, and ensure prompt follow-ups. Design and manage outreach email campaigns using platforms such as Clay agents, Smartlead, and Scaled Mail. Build a scalable personalization framework for outbound messaging. Enhance outreach strategies through testing and performance analysis of messaging sequences. Continuously refine prospecting techniques, data quality, and outreach effectiveness by working with cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications:Proven experience in lead research, demand generation, or outbound prospecting, particularly in a SaaS or B2B context. Strong familiarity with sales enablement tools such as Apollo, Clay, Bright Data, and LinkedIn. Proficient in manual data enrichment, company research, and gathering accurate contact details from various sources. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to handle multiple prospecting assignments simultaneously. Experience executing outbound email campaigns with tools like Smartlead, Clay agents, and Scaled Mail (or similar). Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, capable of working with structured data. Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative in problem-solving and achieving outreach objectives. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in a remote work setting.
