Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be a true brand ambassador: welcoming each customer with care, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a personalized and memorable shopping experience—both in-store and online.
Your contributions will be vital in reinforcing the brand image and achieving sales objectives through quality service and trustful relationships.
Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional service, valuing each interaction while promoting the brand, product, and loyalty programs.
· Understand customer needs, present products passionately, and guide them towards the best choices.
· Build lasting relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
· Drive complementary and omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send, in-store tablets).
· Actively contribute to individual and team goals.
· Professionally manage requests or complaints alongside the manager.
· Maintain order, appearance, and care of the boutique according to brand standards.
· Support omnichannel flows and inventory activities.
· Contribute to cash management and operational procedures in accordance with internal policies.
