Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Knowledge:Understanding of the local market in Dubai. Familiarity with networking products from companies such as Cisco, Avaya, Juniper, HP, etc. Experience managing customer accounts at technical, management, and executive levels. Skills:Exceptional ability to articulate the product's value proposition to customers. Strong presentation skills complemented by effective written communication. Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities. Proficient sales skills encompassing prospecting, account planning, needs assessment, product demonstrations, negotiations, and proposal writing. Self-assured, highly motivated, capable of working independently; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the job

  • Drive sales growth by achieving quotas and securing orders from existing clients while simultaneously establishing relationships with new accounts.
  • Engage with potential customers through visits and calls to evaluate business opportunities, identify key stakeholders, and foster strong business relationships.
  • Timely respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and take charge of negotiating and finalizing orders.
  • Ensure prompt collection of payments related to customer invoices.
  • Concentrate on customer retention and explore new business opportunities within the designated geographic territory.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction by managing the sales order process from data collection to order acceptance and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to team success by achieving related goals collaboratively; participate in team sales calls, proposal creation, pricing presentations, consultative selling techniques, and closing strategies; represent the region at trade shows and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor representatives, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.
