As a Salaris Consultant at Centric, you will play a pivotal role in transforming payroll administration within the public sector. You will independently manage comprehensive payroll processes while collaborating effectively with HR and Finance departments to ensure optimal outcomes. Your Responsibilities
You will oversee the entire payroll administration process, critically assessing its quality and efficiency, and offering proactive advice. You will also be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of salaries, possessing adequate knowledge of (public) employment conditions. How will you achieve this? By leveraging your expertise effectively with our clients. Your additional responsibilities include:
Managing complete payroll administration either independently or as part of a team.
Advising stakeholders on the application of (new) laws and regulations.
Proposing efficient and effective changes within existing processes.
Staying updated on current developments in the field of labor and remuneration.
As a Salaris Consultant, you will be employed by XCENT, a division of Centric, and will be deployed at one or more client organizations. This diversity in work locations will allow you to gain exposure to various organizations and continuously develop in your field. Together with your Field Manager, you will create a development plan tailored to your aspirations, determining the training and assignments that fit your growth needs. Additionally, you will become part of the Personnel & Salaries expertise group, where knowledge sharing and mutual coaching with colleagues are central.
