Your Role and Responsibilities

As the Safety Manager, you will lead and oversee the facility's safety, health, and environmental initiatives, fostering a culture focused on zero harm while ensuring compliance with governmental regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure adherence to all OSHA, EPA, and OBE safety regulations and programs.
  • Manage the company database, maintaining all safety and environmental records per federal, state, local, and company standards.
  • Evaluate and enhance facility safety initiatives to strengthen compliance and cultivate a robust safety culture, including supporting the annual Safety Plan development.
  • Coordinate safety documentation requirements for the facility (JSAs, Machine Guarding, etc.).
