About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled S-tier Technical Implementation Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end customer delivery of the Bunkerhill Carebricks AI platform across a diverse range of health systems. The Carebricks platform is designed to integrate seamlessly with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), primarily Epic Systems, and ancillary systems such as PACS and web portals.
2026 vision: each customer will have approximately 10+ unique use cases, many of which will be innovative and diverse.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will independently manage the customer lifecycle across multiple use cases:
Discovery: Identify workflow processes, data sources, triggers, and required writebacks; define the architecture and project scope.
Ingestion Enablement: Assist customer teams in establishing cohort feeds and triggers (SQL extracts, HL7, Bulk FHIR, etc.).
Data Integrity: Validate the complete data flow and ensure reconciliation with Epic and ancillary systems.
Runtime Enablement: Install and configure the Epic on FHIR application (including OAuth2 background user, security points, etc.); provide guidance on SMART on FHIR where applicable.
Writebacks: Implement the most effective writeback channel for each use case (including FHIR create APIs, HL7 Z-segments, portal APIs, and SMART workflows).
Execution: Develop and enforce project plans, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate with internal engineering and customer IT to meet deadlines through go-live and hypercare phases.
Required Skills
A) EHR and Interoperability Integration Expertise
Demonstrated experience in delivering integrations with EHRs (ideally Epic Systems) and major health system IT environments.
Practical knowledge of HL7 v2, FHIR R4, OAuth2/app registration, and interface troubleshooting.
B) Data Ingestion and Validation Experience
Familiarity with cohort feeds and triggers through SQL, HL7, and FHIR.
