POSITION SUMMARY:
The Root Cause Analysis & Change Management Project Manager is the enterprise leader for change control governance and root cause analysis (RCA) across Critical Site Operations, IT, and corporate functions. This role ensures that operational and IT changes undergo thorough review, documentation, and execution, while incidents and failures are assessed objectively to mitigate future occurrences.
This position manages the Change Control Program, supervises RCA processes, and fosters continuous improvement through structured governance, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. The goal is to ensure that the organization learns from every event, instilling reliability, accountability, and efficiency into everyday operations.
