About the job
About Odys Aviation
At Odys Aviation, we are dedicated to revolutionizing air travel by creating safe and sustainable aircraft that significantly reduce travel times across the world’s busiest routes. Our flagship aircraft, Alta, empowers travelers to bypass the inconvenience of large airports by utilizing city helipads and local airports for connections within 1,000 miles, accounting for approximately 40% of all flights. This innovative approach leads to an impressive average reduction of 76% in CO2 emissions over billions of flight miles globally.
Our journey begins with our UAV, Laila, designed for commercial logistics, medical transport, humanitarian aid, disaster relief, and defense missions. We are set to deploy these aircraft with esteemed launch partners like Fiji Airways, Honeywell, Aramex, and the US Navy beginning in 2026, with firm orders already secured.
Our team consists of expert engineers from deep tech and aerospace backgrounds, focusing on rapid iteration processes, as demonstrated by our completed transition flight that outpaces our competitors. Collectively, we have developed custom drones, produced multiple automotive platforms, and electrified a variety of transportation vehicles that can levitate, roll, and fly. This lifelong commitment has equipped us to tackle the challenges ahead.
About the Role
