About the job
About Applied Intuition
We embrace an in-office culture, expecting employees to work primarily from their Applied Intuition office five days a week. However, we understand the significance of flexibility and trust our employees to responsibly manage their schedules. This can include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home, or leaving early when necessary for family commitments.
About the Role
As a Perception Autonomy Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, integration, and maintenance of real-time sensor software solutions that operate across a diverse array of autonomous vehicles and domains, including land, air, sea, and space. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to expand capabilities and showcase solutions to clients through real-world demonstrations across various hardware platforms. Your primary responsibilities will involve designing, developing, and swiftly integrating AI/ML sensor algorithms for interfacing across different platforms, ingesting critical mission data, and supporting the autonomy team’s objectives. This includes the development of autonomous sensor controllers aimed at optimally fusing data from advanced sensor systems such as EO, IR, acoustics, radar, and RF.
